Healthy Tips

Reduce the amount of TEA you consume.
Do not eat bread which has only JUST been toasted.
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Do not take alcohol more than one glass/cup/serving a day.
Do not take pills with COOL water.
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
Getting LESS than 8 hours of sleep affects your health.
People used to napping will not get old easily.
When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar,do not answer the phone.
The radiation is 1000 times.
Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
It'll spoil your brain directly by using right ear.
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour.

I also wanted to ask same question as pink-satin.
What exactly is the effect of taking pills with cold water?
I am a health contious person and a body builder too,So i want to tell to nneoma that all the tips given are true and not fake.

Sorry if I sounded offensive but coming from a public health background I am a little concerned when I see health information peddled to the public without a reliable source attached to it. I think all of us should learn to question what is being told to us as the truth whether it regards our health or otherwise. I am appreciative of the fact that you, James, are a body-builder and health conscientious but that does not mean that you nor random health posts, will serve as my only source for veritable health info. Hope you understand.
I don't think there has been clear documented evidence citing that there's excess morbidity or mortality stemming from consuming "too much" tea, taking pills with cold water, or toasting bread....please correct me if I am wrong.
